The AltiusHP adult central venous catheter range includes a high pressure line to administer contrast media along with standard fluids and medical products. Dedicated high pressure lumen guaranteed to deliver contrast media with a viscosity rating of 11.8cp units at 300psi with a flow of 10ml/sec.

The Altius range consists of both adult and paediatric central venous catheters, ranging from one to five lumens, from 2FR right up to 12FR and in lengths of 5cm to 30cm.
The Altius range has the added advantage of a Nitinol guidewire to eliminate kinking, a hydrophilic coated dilator to make insertion smoother and a guidewire introduction syringe to help reduce the risk of air embolism.
The new and easier to use Altius guidewire introducer/dispenser has a sliding thumb roller enabling one handed insertion and works with all sizes of guidewires.
