The HAMILTON-C1 neo ventilator combines invasive and noninvasive modes* with the options of nCPAP and high flow oxygen therapy in a single, compact device. Both the small footprint and the integrated highperformance turbine, which enables the HAMILTON-C1 neo to be operated independently of a compressed air supply, ensure maximum mobility. This makes it an ideal companion for your smallest patients in the intensive care unit, emergency ward, recovery or delivery room, as well as during intrahospital transport.
State-of-the-art invasive ventilation modes, Synchronized noninvasive ventilation, Demand-flow nCPAP modes, High flow oxygen therapy. Independent of compressed air supply, Optional SpO2 and CO2 measurement. Leak compensation in every mode.
More than 4 hours of battery operating time and less than 5 kg in weight.
The HAMILTON-C1 neo provides tidal volumes as low as 2 ml for effective, safe, and lung-protective ventilation even for the smallest patients.1 Both the proximal flow sensor, designed to minimize dead space, and the neonatal expiratory valve were developed specifically for neonates. The precise measurement of pressure, volume, and flow directly at the airway opening ensures the required sensitivity and a quick response time. Your most fragile patients should benefit from better synchronization and less work of breathing as a result.

The care of infants and in particular neonates is hugely challenging. Their unique physiological and developmental needs require specialised, precise treatment. Nobody is more aware of this than SLE, having focused solely on the design and manufacture of infant ventilators since the 1980s.
The SLE6000’s specialist lung-protective features include SLE’s own High Frequency Oscillation Ventilation (HFOV) using proprietary bidirectional jets, Pressure Support Ventilation (PSV), Volume Targeted Ventilation (VTV) and a choice of non-invasive ventilation modes (NIV) including High Flow Therapy.
The SLE6000 sees the introduction of the new Lunar™ interface, which incorporates a low-glare screen (in keeping with the increased emphasis on developmental care) whilst setting a new benchmark in usability.
The SLE6000 is a high-specification, compact infant ventilator that offers a range of conventional modes with additional options for non-invasive ventilation (NIV), high frequency oscillation ventilation (HFOV) and high flow oxygen therapy.
SpO2 and etCO2 monitoring options are supported with the addition of plug-in modules. OxyGenie (Auto O2) can also be integrated.

This state-of-the-art ventilator provides you with the world’s first fully closed-loop ventilation solution, INTELLiVENT®-ASV, that fully automatically applies lung protective strategies, reduces the risk of operator errors and encourages early weaning. The HAMILTON-S1 is a universal ventilator capable of invasive and non-invasive therapy for the entire patient range of neonates to adults, providing nasal CPAP, including a robust leakage compensation patient trigger through Hamilton IntelliTrig.
INTELLiVENT®-ASV, the unique application on the HAMILTON-S1, guides you when making complex decisions, even if there is no respiratory expert available. What makes INTELLiVENT®-ASV revolutionary is that it does more than just make recommendations; it also performs ventilation adjustments automatically. Unlike conventional modes, which require you to set many parameters manually, INTELLiVENT®-ASV relieves you from routine adjustments by following patient’s demand at all times.
HAMILTON-S1 with INTELLiVENT®-ASV can help reduce the burden of routine tasks in mechanical ventilation and reduce false positive alarms, giving you more time and providing increased safety for your patients. While conventional ventilators deliver only user defined breaths to the patient, INTELLiVENT®-ASV automatically adapts ventilation and oxygenation on a continuous basis, according to the changing patient status.
INTELLiVENT®-ASV provides 24/7 optimized ventilation to the patient, regardless of how many ventilated patients or respiratory specialists your hospital may have. INTELLiVENT®-ASV ensures optimized protocolized care at all times.
The HAMILTON-S1 with INTELLiVENT®-ASV includes everything you expect from a leading ventilation solution:
With INTELLiVENT®-ASV‘s automation capabilities, ventilation and oxygenation of the patient are controlled by automatically setting the Minute ventilation, PEEP and FiO2. A set of complex algorithms work together to enable INTELLiVENT®-ASV to completely close the loop in mechanical ventilation, covering all phases of ventilation from intubation through extubation.
INTELLiVENT®-ASV relies on noninvasive sensors for SpO2 using pulse oximetry and end-tidal CO2 (etCO2) for CO2. INTELLiVENT®-ASV uses proprietary algorithms to analyze signals from multiple pulse oximetry sensors as well as the main stream capnometer to produce filtered artifact-free SpO2 and EtCO2 values, respectively. These values are robust enough to adjust oxygen and PEEP, and to also give you an EtCO2 value close to PaCO2.
