AmbuMan® SAM iQF is a reliable cost efficient manikin designed to fulfill the requirements for the BLS algorithm training.
The Ambu SAM has a closed shape of the torso. With its anatomical correct landmarks the manikins enables students to learn the complete algorithm of Basic Life support including the use of Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) and the placement of the AED Pads.
The AmbuMan SAM iQF provides a realistic ventilation experience. The correct compression depth and required ventilation volume can be monitored by the feedback indicator on the manikin. The closed torso shape has all of the precise anatomical features which allows students to fully learn the BLS technique. This includes the use of semi-automatic defibrillators (AEDs) and the positioning of the corresponding electrodes. Furthermore, the unique Ambu hygienic system prevents cross contamination. Like all Ambu BLS manikins the Ambu SAM has the patented hygienic system that eliminates the risk of cross infections. All trainees receive their own face piece and head bag for the training. At the end of the training the face piece can be cleaned and the head back is discarded. A truly 100% hygienic way of training.

A personal face piece and a disposable head bag are placed in the head of the Ambu BLS and ED training manikins. When training mouth-to-mouth or mouth-to-nose resuscitation, the student only comes into contact with his/her own breath and mouthpiece.
3 hygienic systems are available: Ambu Man, Ambu CPR Pal and Ambu Baby.
Hygienic, by virtue of individual face piece and head bag for each student, eliminating any risk of cross-infection. Realistic ventilation and exhalation through mouth and nose. Inexpensive due to disposable head bags and easy-to-clean reusable face pieces.
Quick change of whole airway system between two students. Easy maintenance of Ambu training manikins, as internal cleaning is unnecessary.
All face and mouth/nose pieces and head bags are latex free.

The Ambu IV Trainer is for training the insertion of cannulas and catheters, the infusion of fluids and the injection of medication, blood sampling and pulse measurement.
Features
The Ambu IV Trainer offers a realistic training. The special design incorporates 3 veins and 1 artery. The radialis pulse can be manually simulated and can be felt on the wrist of the IV Arm.
Replaceable skin and veins are made of natural latex, which features hole closure after penetration, extending the lifetime of the arm. The movable wrist and rotating arm ensure absolutely realistic training, especially when a catheter is placed on the back of the hand.
The fluid reservoir is built into the training arm, avoiding a separate reservoir taking up space. The valve system reduces the formation of air pockets in blood vessels. Multi-purpose carry case serves both as a washable underlay and as a protective carrying case. It also incorporates a bracket for easy mounting of infusion stand. The indicator panel represents each blood vessel, giving immediate feedback if e.g. an infusion is correct.

The Ambu Defib Trainer W (Wireless) is an advanced instruction- and training manikin that has been designed for training early defibrillation with AEDs, semi-automatic and manual defibrillators.
Features
Like all Ambu BLS manikins the Ambu Defib Trainer W has the patented hygienic system that eliminates the risk of cross infections. All trainees receive their own face piece and head bag for the training. At the end of the training the face piece can be cleaned and the head back is discarded. A truly 100% hygienic way of training.
Realistic defibrillation up to 400 joule can be taught and practiced. The Defib Trainer W offers comes with 3-4 lead ECG. The CPR Software is part of the wireless system in the Defib Trainer W. The CPR Software analyses and displays the performance done on the manikin in real time. In addition the CPR Software can display and control the ECG. The virtual ECG provides 26 rhythms and 2 artefacts and can automatically detect defibrillation.
The Ambu Defib Trainer W does not need cables and wires. Which means it can be placed in realistic surroundings away from computers and power supplies. This gives a great amount of freedom during training and because there are no wires or cables lying around it gives an even more realistic scenario.
The manikin is also equipped with a mechanical monitoring instrument showing effectiveness of the resuscitation, including results achieved for ventilation volume and depth of external chest compression. Moreover it indicates any stomach inflation and incorrect hand positioning.
The airway of all manikins open only when head is correctly hyper extended.
To create more variance in the training, the stiffness of the chest can be changed and adjusted with just one screw.

The CPR software is the ideal tool to monitor and register your training with Ambu manikins. It provides you with all the essential training parameters so that you can control and improve the training sessions. It is the possibility of saving and printing all information that helps you grade a trainee’s performance and later to document your decision.
The software is designed with the idea of a simple and structured display where a trainer can survey and record the performance of one or multiple teams on one PC. The single sessions are stored so that they can be evaluated afterwards.
The following parameters can be registered: Ventilation volume, Ventilation frequency, stomach inflation, compression depth, compression frequency, wrong hand position, ECG signal, defibrillation and Battery status. Additionally the software can calculate the following parameters Ventilation minute volume, compression/relaxation ratio, pause between ECC-ECC, leaning, compression/ventilation ratio and cardiac output.
The Ambu CPR Software combines all features of the well-known and accepted former versions of the software and in addition makes it possible to connect to the Ambu manikins directly through USB or using a wireless local area network (WLAN) connection.
The Ambu CPR Software has an integrated ECG Box. The ECG Box is only active when an Ambu Defib Trainer W or Ambu Cardiac Care Trainer W is connected to the computer. The ECG Signal that is generated in the manikin is also displayed on the screen of the Computer. The trainer can directly see what signal is used. The ECG box offers the possibility to choose between 26 ECG rhythms and 2 artifacts. Defibrillation on the manikin is automatically detected and displayed in the CPR Software. If the new ECG rhythm is set in the ECG Box the signal will automatically switch after defibrillation.
In addition, the instructor has the option of recording the time of events (e.g. shake test, head tilt/open airway). Where more than one manikin is connected, the instructor can simultaneously survey and record the performance of two or more teams from one PC/laptop. During a training session or break you can evaluate the data transmitted on-screen. The software offers the possibility of modifying the displayed time interval (zoom in/out), to measure time intervals and compression/ventilation values. Furthermore, a comprehensive graphic and numerical test result table is available. All information can be saved and printed, in order to document each individual training session.

The AmbuMan is a highly developed instruction and training manikin for the simulation of realistic and correct anatomical and physiological conditions during cardiopulmonary resuscitation by means of rescue breathing and chest compression.
The iQF application includes data-driven information and accurate measurements of relevant CPR parameters
The AmbuMan Basic lets you, listen and feel the ventila tion like in real life. The unique hygienic system prevents cross contamination. The correct compression depth and required ventilation volume can be monitored by the feedback indicator on the manikin.
CPR becomes the most important factor when a person suffers from cardiac arrest. When experiencing cardiac arrest, blood circulation to the body, brain, lungs and organs stops. Without treatment, the patient will die. With chest compressions, blood is circulated through the body.
