Ultrasonic Washer Disinfectors
Steelco have developed an innovative range of different ultrasonic units to meet different applications and capacities so that CSSD staff can reprocess instruments including complex microsurgery tools according to a manufacturer’s instructions when these stipulate the use of an ultrasonic unit. The small range of ultrasonic washers can be found in the CSSD Furmniture and Small Equipment brochure on page 18.

Baby Bottle Washer Disinfectors
The entire Steelco range have the capacity to accept the inserts to wash and disinfect baby bottles and all associated equipment, like teats, dummies, caps, lids etc.
The accessories include:
- Baby bottle holders for 125ml and 250ml
- Trays with lids for teats, caps, lids, dummies etc.
The most popular units used for washing baby bottles are the Small and Medium range. If larger units are required the CSSD brochure will apply.

The Fast Cycle Concept:
Steelco follows the growing customer demand for washer disinfectors which can combine high standard cleaning and drying results with working efficiency and very short cycle time of 35minutes. Using pre-heating tanks for washing and rinsing water, preheating water for disinfection, large valves that allow water into and out of the chamber quickly and a drying system through the spray arms as well as the chamber to decrease the cycle times significantly.
The range of Small and Medium units includes:

Bedpan Washer Disinfectors
Thermal disinfection is the recommended and most efficient method for the disinfection of all reusable items such as bedpans, urine bottles suction bottles and buckets. Flusher disinfectors are a fundamental aid for the control of hospital infections and can significantly improve staff work conditions.
