Proper depth of chest compressions during CPR creates adequate blood flow and oxygen delivery to the heart and brain. Proper rate of chest compressions during CPR is an important determinant of return of spontaneous circulation
(ROSC) and survival with good neurologic function.
Nihon Kohden’s CPR-1100 CPR assist contributes to improved quality of resuscitation by analyzing the
compressions and providing precise feedback about the CPR quality.
CPR assist shows the depth and tempo of chest compressions by LED and audio. This real-time feedback helps you adjust your compressions to perform higher quality CPR. It also supports easier CPR training.
CPR assist can communicate with a PC by Bluetooth connection. The real-time CPR waveform and measurement value can be shown on a PC with QP-110V viewer software for PC (included with CPR assist). This software scores the quality of CPR to assist in making helpful evaluations for the user’s future CPR. Rescue data is stored in the CPR assist during CPR and the rescue data can be reviewed on a PC with optional QP-551VK defibrillation report viewer software.

The unique Ambu double wall concept clearly distinguishes the genuine Ambu bag from all other manual resuscitators. It provides the “touch” Ambu bags are famous for. The thin outer cover gives the user a very good “fingertip” feeling for how much pressure is needed, while the inner lining with its air holes allows rapid recoil for optimum stroke volume. This gives you complete control of the amount of pressure delivered to the patient and enables artificial respiration with quick frequencies, if needed.
Another unique effect of the Ambu double wall is that the elasticity of the outer cover limits airway pressure from exceeding approximately 7 kPa (70cm H20) during operation of the Ambu Military Mark III.
The Mark lll resuscitator has the added advantages of being constructed with an outer cover made of butyl and a gas filter adaptor, which as ideal for manual resuscitation in toxic atmospheres, e.g. fire and chemical accidents.
The Ambu Military Mark lll can be repeatedly autoclaved at 134° Celsius.

The Ambu TubeChek is a device that rapidly and reliably confirms if endotracheal tube placement is correct or not.
The Ambu TubeChek provides an instant feedback, so there is no need for initial ventilation through the tube to obtain CO2 detection. The Ambu TubeChek does not have anexpiry date, which making them easy to handle and store. Shelf life considerations are no longer an issue. The bulb illuminates in the dark making it the ideal choice for EMS services. The Ambu TubeChek is a very simple tool that uses the anatomical difference between the oesophagus and trachea as its working principle.
If there is negative pressure, you are in the oesophagus; if you can aspirate air, you are in the trachea. If the tube is in the soft, unsupported oesophagus, the walls will collapse around the end of the endotracheal tube, creating negative pressure if you attempt to aspirate air. If the tube is in the rigid trachea, air can easily be aspirated.

The Ambu SPUR II provides users with exceptional tactile and visual feedback during resuscitation. The bag is highly responsive, featuring minimal mechanical resistance. Moreover, the characteristic design provides the optimum in respect to stroke volume and recoil.
Ambu SPUR II is the only single use resuscitator that is made from a SEBS polymer instead of PVC. This classifies Ambu SPUR II as environmentally safe and fully disposable, thus eliminating all risk of cross contamination. It is part of a complete family of resuscitators, including infant, pediatric, and adult sizes.
All Ambu SPURII resuscitators come in individual, resealable carrying bags, complete with one or more masks and any special accessories – color-coded for fast size identification.

The Ambu Disposable PEEP valve has been test in MR conditions. It can be used in MR surrounding up to 3 Tesla.
Ambu PEEP Valves have been designed to provide unique resistance characteristics when used with manual resuscitators, ventilators, anaesthesia machines (where specified by the manufacturer) and CPAP systems.
Ambu PEEP Valves can be fitted directly to the patient valve of any original Ambu resuscitator without additional connectors. The Reusable Ambu PEEP valves can be repeatedly autoclaved at 134°Celsius.

The Ambu Oval Silicone resuscitator has a special textured surface combined with the unique support strap to ensures that a comfortable and firm grip is guaranteed, allowing for effective ventilation over extended periods, without the problem of hand fatigue.
The Ambu Oval Silicone Resuscitators is made out of a view parts that can be disassembled easily. The Ambu Oval Silicone Resuscitator can easy be cleaned and autoclaved (except the oxygen reservoir) at a temperature of 134° Celsius.
The unique shape is small and easy to hold. The ergonomic, lightweight design of Ambu Oval Silicone Resuscitator is made for optimal user handling and support even during extended ventilations.
The resuscitators are semi-transparent allowing for a visual check of the patient’s condition. A pressure limitation valve is optional for the adult version and has been included into the design of the pediatric versions to ensure the safety of the patient*.
* International guidelines recommend that all manual resuscitators for infant and pediatric patients should be equipped with a pressure limitation mechanism so the airway pressure does not exceed 45 cm H2O.

The Ambu Oval Plus Silicone Resuscitators has been constructed to use the Mark IV patient vale, the Mark IV inlet valve and the reusable oxygen reservoir. With the compatibility to Mark IV the amount of spare parts need to be maintained during the regular use.
The Ambu Oval Plus Silicone Resuscitators is made out of a view parts that can be disassembled easily. The whole Resuscitator can easy be cleaned and autoclaved at a temperature of 134° Celsius.
